Desirable Experience: Position 1: Experience in immunology and working with human samples is required. Strong molecular biology, cell biology, human monoclonal antibody generation, purification, Flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, virus neutralization and immunoassays is required. Position 2: Experience in protein expression and purification, protein characterization methods, molecular biology, site-directed mutagenesis, cryo- electron microscopy, crystallography, structure data analysis, and a computational biology tool is required. Experience in Cell and Molecular Biology Techniques, including cell culture, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, Western Blotting, Flow Cytometry, Confocal Desirable Experience: Microscopy, and Immunostaining. Experience in handling mouse models and bacterial pathogens is highly desirable.
