Patil Staff Scientist-V Tenable-12.09.2027 veena@nii.ac.in Educational Qualifications: PhD/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. Expertise in handling human samples/cohorts, human Immunology, multi-colour high parameter flowcytometry analysis and genomics is necessary. Experience with analysis of antigen-specific T cells, single-cell multiomics experiments, and omics data analysis and immune cell culture will be given preference. The candidate should be able to perform both wet lab experiments and bioinformatic analysis. Candidates who have completed their viva-voce examination may apply. Job description: Candidate will have to perform multi-colour high parameter flowcytometry analysis of immune cells, single-cell RNAseq experiments and omics data analysis of PBMCs analysis of antigen specific T cell experiments. The candidate should be able to write custom codes for the analysis in R. Emoluments: The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience Rs. 58,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (As per DST OM dated 26.06.2023) General Terms & Conditions: 1. The candidates selected for the above posts will be on contract for one year or duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time. 2. No hostel/ housing facility will be provided. 3. Applicants may clearly mention the category they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH and attach documentary proof of the same. 4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for. 5. Apart from sending application in the prescribed format given below, candidates should send complete Curriculum Vitae along with the names of three referees.
