ZoomBioJobBot collects publicly posted job, project-position and fellowship notices from the career pages of research institutes, universities and funders, so students and researchers can find them in one place. Every listing on ZoomBio links back to the original notice and the official application page.

How it behaves

• It obeys robots.txt on every request and every redirect, including Crawl-delay.
• It requests at most one page every two seconds per host, and less often on fragile servers.
• It reads only public career pages and notices; it never logs in or submits forms.
• Its headless browser, used only when a page needs JavaScript, does not load images, fonts or media.
